Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters.

This page explains what personal information I collect through ninamack.com, why I collect it, and the choices you have. Last updated September 2026.

Who we are

This website (ninamack.com) is operated by Nina Mack. If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, please email contact@ninamack.com.

What we collect

I only collect information that you provide voluntarily or that is strictly necessary to operate the site:

  • Email enquiries — your name, email address and message.
  • Newsletter sign-ups — handled by my newsletter provider on a separate site (howyourmindworks.ninamack.com). Their privacy notice applies there.
  • Technical data — basic request information (such as IP address and browser type) processed by my hosting provider to keep the site secure and available.

I do not sell your personal data, and I do not use it for advertising.

How we use it

  • To reply to enquiries you send by email.
  • To send the How Your Mind Works newsletter, if you have opted in.
  • To keep the site secure, reliable and free of abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations where required.

Messages you send are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and keep a record of our correspondence, then deleted.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working (for example, remembering that you have dismissed the cookie banner). If any optional analytics or embedded content is added in future, you will be asked to consent before those cookies are set.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data I hold about you.
  • Ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@ninamack.com.
